The Nahimana Wolf Pack

"I'm kaya Kasa." She told the other wolf then forced herself to get up, it was obvious she was still pretty sore and that she was tired, mostly because of having to walk on three legs at the moment. "But you can call me Kaya." She said when she was on her feet. "No, I'm not on my own, where heading off to my pack now," She told him. "Would you like to join us?" She asked seeing as he and Adahy knew each other she figured she wouldn't have to worry about him.

"Hey Seth, whats up?" Adhay got back up and stood beside Kaya.

Seth scratches head. "uh..can't remeber, was out here doing something...Saw a wolf with bloody fur. think was seeing things again." remebers the 2. "What are you 2 doing out here? who is she? you found a mate?" sometimes forgot the simplest things. mainly because of family things. Had a smile. "Shes pretty." speaking mind.

"No, you weren't seeing things." Kaya said sounding heart broken. "I'm Kaya." She introduced herself again. "No, I'm not his mate." Kaya said, but she didn't sound offended by the idea it almost felt like there should be a yet added on to it, and then took a step back forgetting about her leg and yelped from the sudden pain.

Hes head snapped to her again "Are you okay?!?" he asked alreamed.

jumped a moment goes over paw to her side. then takes off. "I'll go with you to take your friend home adahy." seth replies. brought back a memory.

"Yea, I'm fine." Kaya assured Adahy. "I just forgot about my leg, that's all." She said calmly. "Come on, we should really get going, I want to be home, or somewhere close to home, before the other predators come out." She said and began limping in the direction of the tree line, towards home.

He looked up at Seth "Thanks." he said but he really wanted to be alone with her. "Are you sure?" he asked her following her to her pack.

Seth followed them on the other side of kaya. had never been on the trail before.

"Yea, I'm sure." Kaya promised as she led them home. After about two hours they got to where the body of her soon-to-be-mate had been, she could still smell his blood and she let a single tear fall for her loss. "Hang on." she sounded choked up. "I'm gonna let my pack now I'm back, I'm sure they've been worried." She told them before sitting down, throwing her head back and howled, signaling the pack, to let them know she was back and for the wolves that where still awake to come to the main gathering area. "Okay, let's go, they'll be waiting for us." She said as she stood up and began limping on again.

Adahy noticed that Kaya's leg was getting worse "How much father is it?" he asked worried about her

"When I last came through here I was running, and it took maybe a minute." Kaya answered as she went on, and ignored the throbbing in her leg. "She wasn't worried about it though, because she was still able to move it so that meant it wasn't broken. "How did you get me all the way over to that cave?" She finally asked.

"It wasn't easy but I carried you. You heavy for a female." he snickered.

"An Alpha has to be prepared to take care of her pack." Kaya told him. "Oh, and you couldn't carry me back home?" She asked obviously teasing. "I can't wait to go back to my den, I just want to sleep for a month." She muttered, she really was tired, she had spent most of her energy limping home. after a few minutes they had finally made it home. "Welcome to the Nahimana Wolf Pack." She said softly and greeted the wolves that where still up and assured them all she would be fine with some rest and introduced them to Adahy and Seth.

Adahy laughed at her teasing and greeted the wolves there. "So wheres your den?" he asked her

"It's up a head." Kaya answered. "If you would like you could stay with me, there's plenty of room." She said kind of shyly. "I mean if you don't want to other arrangements can be made." She said.

"I would love to stay with you." he said smiling. He continued up ahead.

Kaya smiled. "You don't mind that I made other arrangements for your friend Seth do you?" She asked. "He'll be with a friend of mine that's in the next den over, she's pretty forgetful too." She told Adahy, in case he was curious. "She doesn't have a mate, and I'm assuming Seth doesn't have one ether." She added.

He smiled "No he doesn't." he said "Do you have one."

"I almost did." Kaya answered him once they got to her den. "He was killed this morning." She admitted before limping over to where she always slept. "He was mauled by that same bear you saw throw me against that tree." She added before painfully curling up, she looked as though she would pass out any minute.

Seth followed them but stopped when was next door in her friend/neighbors den. He would have rather followed his friend but didn't mind staying in someone elses den, figured they'd be talking about something. He lies down was hopeing maybe get some sleep, And that the female kaya. Would get better for a reason not known.

creeped out some look up at the stars remebering his mother, yawns started to drift asleep eventually he falls asleep.

"I'm sorry, that must suck." he curled up next to her.

"Yea, it does, and I should have went with him when he went out to hunt." Kaya said quietly, as she rested her head on her good leg and began to nod off to sleep and an awaiting dream. In her dream she was running, much like she had been earlier that day, but this time, she was running to save something, someone. "Honiahaka!" She yelled as she ran. "Where are you!?" She called then heard his yelps and wimperings as a bear was mauling him. "Honiahaka!" She cried out before attacking the bear.
She didn't know it but she was talking in her sleep, along with growling and running, which was hurting her leg even more.

Ahady looked at her concerned and watched her all night,

Kaya was about to be killed when she finally started awake with tears streaming down her face. "I'm okay, the bear's dead." She was saying quietly trying to calm herself before she got up, which had caused her a lot of pain. "I just need some air." She said quietly to herself before limping to the den entrance and laying down on the cool rock there.
