In a time before men ascended to power and took back the planet. Before the world split apart into what it is today. The man races where what today are called myth.

In the quest to end the eon long war between the vampires and the Lcyan the powerful Royal elf made by Lilith her self began combining magic and angelic runes to try and fuse the Three main races and humans to make the perfect hybrid. The royal elf being immortal to time and very gifted in magic and mental Art where one the only races that could use the runes. There goal was to create a race that could control the others. The first few experiment fail Majorly. The one radical mage named Volta came up with the idea that it was the vampire and Lcyan venom's clashing that killed everyone. He tested on him self before anyone this caused a great out roar among the council of elf’s which there law of the land more or less because Volta was one of the oldest living Elves and by far one the most powerful. He succeed. When he awoke after the fusion he could do magic but he still use runes but he would also read mind, probe into mind to see every thought not just the current passing one, he could always tell if someone was lying, he had a form of telekinesis, He could feed off living energy to heal him self. He was also faster and stronger then anything else. When he went before the council to tell him succeed he was told to make an army of 500 in three days because the lcyans where outrage that they where not chosen for the experiment and have declared open war Vampires and are massing army’s as we speak just outside of the experiments at Stonehenge. So Volta did as he was told and made the army he also had the best magic smiths in the land create armor for everyone. By time the army of Vamperic Elves where made both the vampires and lcyans had amassed an army of two million each. During the fighting the Vamperic Elves where quickly overwhelmed. Even with there powers. So Volta and a Few others came up with an idea that if they froze them in time and moved them of that plane of existence to a different one they they would be saved. The best five mages gathers just outside of the Stonehenge and began to cast a spell that froze everyone fight in time. That part worked. What when wrong was when they tired to move them to a different plane two beings as tall as mountain and they where glowing appeared and said that they would house the conflicting armies as long as they never tired to make a new race again and the current ones stayed at ten and under. They also said that in they Year 2012A.D in the Age of Men that they armies would be set back on earth if they could not stop it by then, They would be free to wreak havoc upon the world again. After that Volta drove every one into hiding and began trying to find away to till just over four million vampires and lcyans.

Now January 1, 2012

Volta and the remaining nine Vamperic Elves have reincarnated and formed have gone out in search of the most powerful of all they humans and non-humans to create a task force to contain the war they have thirty days to find and get this task force ready or all hell would break lose. Two armies both almost ten million strong will be set lose in modern day England. But there are also very old beings that want this war to happen so that they can take the world back form the humans Which side are you on.

Rules:
Don't be that overpowered if you are i will say something. But other wise i am allowing 9 Vamperic Elves beside me they can either side with the war or against it. You can be any race there are no limits on that. There are still Vampires and Lcyans. And the the time freeze predates human history. Vampires Do not age at all once turned. Lcyans Age ten times slower and can live unlimited amount of years if they keep in shape. Have fun ^^

Bio: Akira was weak in her clan so she wanted to be strong and not weak nad loste her fears. But also not want ot kill or hurt anyone. She volunteered her self as an experiment ata cost that she lost her memory for awhile after a fight with one of her fellow taskforce members wanting to test her own skills. Lost her memory and woken up personality changed completely being more assertive and trained as being in the taskforce is a skilled swordswoman. Occaisonally get some memorys back that she records but she doesn't care for them much anymore. IS a laid back and competative type occasionally. Will only ever use swords.

[u] Bio: After that fateful day Volta keep in the form of a human living out there life span and helped them gain in power. Though out this time Volta amassed a great amount of wealth. He is now living in his True form as Vamperic Elf. With the MI6 Occult department behind him he has the funding and resources need to fund his campaign. Between his own wealth and government Funding he can do anywhere or do anything. Outside of MI6 he does not exist thought he has no name to the humans but long list of aliases. For the last hundred years in this form he tried to track down the remaining Vamperic Elves and find the Best of Best to stop the coming war.[u]

Limits: Volta can only use his full powers while in his true form while in human form he is limited in what he can do.[u]

Magicfire: Voltas Dual pistols he forged and enchanted for him self in 1985. They fire compressed Magic rounds that leave no casing and appears as any type of wound he wants. Volta made theses while he was acting as an assassin for MI6

Death and Life: Volta’s Dual daggers where forged with a highly deadly demonic venmon in them. One cut can kill a human and stun anyone else. Two cuts will knock a nonhuman out and three will kill them. Volta can change there shape so they look like his wallet during the Day.

Bane: Bane is Volta’s only remaining weapon form the Age of Monsters. Made of a magic conducting metal no longer found it can be used to channel magic along its blade. It can also like his daggers changed shape. During the day Volta keep it sealed in the form of a credit card let out by the bank of bane. It has no limit and no monthly fees and you never have to pay it back.

Bio: Ichiro Ken Kenta was born a royal elf, but with the start of the war, Ichiro Ken Kenta liked the idea of a war. He liked it because it was his chance to start a evil version of the task force. He was in the council before they disbanded it, and they were forced into hiding. He volunteered to be one of the experiment's to stop the war, they allowed him to be the very last group of volunteer's. He only volunteered so he could stop the others from stopping the war. So luckily he wasn't the first groups to volunteer, they died from the vampire and lycan's venom mixing. The experiment was a success, and he successfully became a Vamperic Elf. He had a whole new jack load of power's with his new body he could turn into, he also had a human body for disguise.

Bio: Aiden born into a brutal yet small clan of lycans, who have since lost there power in the world long ago while trying to end the useless war his other brthren from different clans, and the cold hearted vampires created. Growing up, his elders did not seem mad for having their clan sent to ruins for so long ago, but rather they continue to instill peace and kindness into his heart. However Aiden is a warm blood bent on leaving the clan. When he became alpha male, his clan's tradition varied different from others. He was given the clan's prized sword of battle, and told to leave. He wasn't allowed to return until he accomplished what he was searching for in life..

Night's Soul: A sword passed down for years through Aiden's small clan, always given to the Alpha male once it was time. It is given to those who the eldest believe will carry out the duty of their clan. It was made and given to the leader of the clan years ago who lead a hopeless rebellion against the large army of both other Lycan and Vampire clans together. Having fallen with many other brethren the clan retreated and hid among the humans. On the battle field Night's Soul had been luckily recovered by an injured clansmen, who later lead the clan from London. Since then Night's Soul has been passed down from Lycan to Lycan, each wielder stronger than the last. Now it has found it's new home in the hands of Aiden, having been since done over to match his powers.

Bio: AT 7'1 Kearney towered above most of his fellow Celtic tribesmen. He was one of the best warriors in his tribe, and served in the chieftain's personal warband. After a battle with a neighboring tribe Kearney was left for dead under the mass of bodies left behind. After he regained consciousness and crawled out from under the bodies and staggered off to his tribes village. He was intercepted by a vampire who turned him. He killed the vampire the next night out of fear for it before realizing it had turned him. He wondered around the Celtic lands for a while until the Roman takeover during whitch he feild east. In the East he trained with many different people in different teqinues. He went back to Europe in the 1500s and became a mercary. He went around starting in the 1800s working for bars and pubs as muscle. He finnally came to the Americas in the 1900s and wroked odd jobs some of them illeagal.

Powers: Fire control, extremely strong and is very fast and nimble for his size, electric menepulation

Bio: Rheana is a Nymph given the powers of all varieties. She started out in Greece and has since decided that living like a gypsy causing trouble with her games everywhere, was the most fun. She doesn't really care for the war, but she enjoys the ruckus.
She has taken to masquerading as a werewolf lately. And has been known to do the same for vampires.

Powers: Speaks to plants and water, can control them to do her bidding. Shapeshifter: Can transform herself as well; appearance, hair color, look like a tree or an animal...
She can communicate through thoughts within a certain radius of her, and heal extremely fast.
Her aura is indescribable and is often mistaken for the same as others. Werewolves think she's werewolf, ect.

Bio: Narkissos was born Not too long after the war had been declared post-poned. His Father a Vampire who was slain in the medieval era by another vampire. His mother, due to great sadness turned herself into a weeping willow, and has been that way ever since. He now goes by Nark, and has over the years acquired a small castle in Ireland where he lives when he is not traveling. He has known Rheana since the First French Revolution where she was causing trouble and rolling heads. Despite his dislike for her antics, He cares for her deeply, and thinks he loves her. He is not for the war, per-say, but is not against it either. He doesn't like to fight, unless it is in good fun/sport. But he would like for his fathers death to be avenged through it.

Bio: Jake was “Reborn” in the late 1012. He was made for a noblemen’s son. So he was very civilized. He only feed on criminals because he would not kill an innocent. He lived this way many years before he met Volta who tought him a way to feed off peoples mental energies instead of blood. Not long after He began to follow Volta staying on the edge of technologies. After a few years be became a world leader and advanced technologies and no one knew it. A few times he lets some of his Items fall into the hands of mortals causing them advance a few years in one piece. The only thing Jake hated was cars and computers.

Bio: Cody was turned into a Lcyan in the late 1500s he was Knight for London at the time so he has still has those values. He was chosen as for his training and powers even as a human he was gifted. He was called a warrior mage even though he could not control magic. In the late 1700s Cody was on his man hood mission for his pack. While he was out his entire pack was killed causing him to become the Alpha male. He dawned his clans armor and weapon and hunted down and killed every last vampire that took part in the raid. A few days later he meet Volta and level left. Cody excelled at cars and computer him and Jake have a very good relationship. Him Jake and Cody are more like family they partners in action.

Powers: Mind Reading, Power to change form at will. Control over Wind and water.

Theses Claws work in human and Lycan form they change size depending on the form. They also have to power to turn to water or ice if they need to be hidden.

Wolfs Bane: (the sword in his Avi) This sword is over one hundred pounds and made out the same metal Voltas Bane is. This weapon was handed down form Alpha male to Alpha male in the clan that Cody was made into. The day cody was about to become a man in his clans eyes this whole clan was wiped out by vampiers while he was out on his manhood quest. This made Cody automailty the alpha male so he too the Sword and Armor.

Wolfs Heart: (The armor in the pic) This armor as well is made out of the same metal as Voltas Bane it can block almost any magic attack and human weapon weight in at over 200lbs it can only be used in Wolf form.

Bio:She's forgotten most of her past after she had been attacked, by who or what she doesn't know. If anybody asks her about her past she will usually ignore the question and go on as if she hadn't heard it.
